We recently finished the first part of a massive Skaven army and here's some initial comments from the client:

I found the package waiting for me yesterday when I got home, so no
worries. They were packed well and made it without any breakage. Hopefully
batch 2 goes as well.
The painting was just beautiful on these guys, much better than the
pictures even. I am so glad I decided to go with the NMM treatment, it
really makes them stand out. This is exactly what I was hoping for. I
can't wait to see more!

This project was a bit of a challenge - Chris wanted a unique NMM look - so we ended up trying out a 'cold metal' appearance, to reflect the odd properties of warpstone. You can check out the pictures here.
