· Who Are We?
Welcome to Brand X Painting. We’ve put together a brief guide of our services and policies. Brand X Painting is composed of several professional assemblers, painters, and support staff who, previously contracted through other painting services, have decided to join forces under their own banner. We pride ourselves on offering meticulously assembled, quality painted tabletop models for your gaming enjoyment.
· What Can & Do We Do?
We are hobby enthusiasts who provide professional wargaming miniatures assembly, quality painting, and competitive prices. Contact us at orders@brandxpainting.com to receive a quote on what you would like done. We need a complete model list and and general instructions; we’ll send you a project summary outlining all details and costs.
Please inquire for specific details regarding conversion rates and prices.
Send the models yourself, or let us purchase them for you at 25% off retail cost. If we are purchasing them, allow 1-2 wks for us to acquire them. If sending models, we will email you with a complete inventory when the package is received. We recommend including an inventory with your package.
If the models you send arrive broken, we will usually repair them free of charge – only substantial repairs will be charged a nominal fee.
At this time, we do not offer orders from Forge World or bitz services.
Our Assembly Team is top-notch, with years of experience. Models will be assembled correctly, cleanly, and exactly. Mold lines will be removed or minimized, and any join not absolutely secure will be pinned.
Basing – please take some time to look at all of our available basing styles – custom bases of a more detailed and/or intricate nature can be produced upon request.
If your project is completed, and there are extra models or bitz, they become property of Brand X’s ‘Bitz Barge’ unless prior arrangements have been made.
Our Artists use everything from craft paints to model colors, from inks to glazes. Look through our gallery for different styles. If you need models duplicated to match we normally ask for a sample model. Our Artist will try and match your models, box art or pictures and instructions as closely as possible.
· When Can We Get It Done?
Before we assemble, prime or paint your models we require 50% deposit on the total cost of your project.
Project completion ranges from 3-4 wks depending on size. Single figures or small units tend to take a week or less. Armies can take up to a month.
We will keep you informed of your projects progress. Progress pics are only available upon request. Once your project is complete you will receive an email stating so, along with a link to where your project can be viewed.
After you have approved your pictures we will ship your project upon receiving final payment. We accept PayPal and M.O.’s ONLY.
Projects are packaged safely using bubble wrap and peanuts. We send all domestic packages via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation unless requested otherwise. We send all International packages via USPS air post. You will receive an email upon shipment notifying you of your tracking number. All projects are shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of final payment.
Additional services such as Signature Confirmation, Insurance, etc. are available; inquire with specifics.
We offer a reasonable satisfaction guarantee – if you’re not happy with the end result, if your instructions weren’t followed, if we botched your hero, unit, or army in any way – TELL US IMMEDIATELY. We will see that it gets fixed. Deposits are non-refundable.
