Warhammer Fantasy
HORDES OF CHAOS
In the frozen wastes of the Realms of Chaos, the hordes of the Dark Gods gather strength and conspire to dominate the Warhammer world. Chaos is a fickle mistress, however. Some who follow the dark powers are blessed with great strength and unimaginable power. Others are cursed with debilitating mutations and eventually devolve into mindless, gibbering Chaos Spawn. Chaos is a constant threat to the civilized lands of Men, Elves, and Dwarfs, and constant vigilance is required to battle the frequent incursions of the forces of Chaos.
LIZARDMEN
The Lizardmen are an ancient race created by the god-like beings known as the Old Ones to be the guardians of the Warhammer world. Their age-old civilization is based deep within the steaming jungles of Lustria, the continent far across the Great Ocean from the lands of Bretonnia and the Empire. A smaller Lizardmen settlement can also be found in the lands far south of the Old World.
OGRE KINGDOMS
Ogres are big, ugly, brutish monsters that excel at two things: eating and fighting. An Ogre is easily recognised by his massive frame and boulder-like gut, but any that come across one would do well to stay out of its path, for an Ogre will, more often than not, club to death and messily devour any living thing it can catch.
SKAVEN
In an age of darkness, of daemons and sorcery, great armies and mighty heroes clash in a never-ending struggle for the Warhammer world.
Pouring out from their network of labyrinths that run through the old world, Skaven attack in massive swarms, overwelming the opposition through sheer force of numbers. In battle thier huge regiments are surrounded by unusual war machines, such as the deadly Warpfire Throwes or the Doomwheel.
WOOD ELVES
The Wood Elves of Athel Loren are mysterious and secretive beings, rarely seen beyond their forest borders. Ever watchful and vigilant, the Wood Elves guard the forest of Athel Loren ceaselessly. Even those who enter the forest with no ill intention are regarded with suspicion and resentment and will often come to a bad end. Those foolish enough to set foot within their wood land realm invite the fury of the Wood Elves and their Forest Spirit allies, whether in open combat or through sudden ambush.
